STE has identified a number of intercity passenger rail projects on the West Slope. They are:

I-70 Mountain Express (IMEX) from Denver to Breckenridge and Winter Park (Sky Train)
    Estimated Sky Train Cost- $3.65 billion and Estimated Solar Panel Cost - $8.82 billion
    Number of Solar Panels – 5,600,000 and 197,875 homes and businesses

Vail Valley Regional Rail (Hydrail)
    Estimated Hydrail Cost- $0.47 billion and Estimated Solar Panel Cost - $0.47 billion
    Number of Solar Panels – 300,000 and 11,625 homes and businesses

Yampa Valley Regional Rail (Hydrail)
    Estimated Hydrail Cost- $1.03 billion and Estimated Solar Panel Cost - $1.86 billion
    Number of Solar Panels – 1,200,000 and 46,500 homes and businesses

Roaring Fork Valley (Hydrail)
    Estimated Hydrail Cost- $1.81 billion and Estimated Solar Panel Cost - $1.32 billion
    Number of Solar Panels – 850,000 and 32,938 homes and businesses

Moffat Tunnel from Winter Park to Denver Union Station (Hydrail)
    Estimated Hydrail Cost - $0.91 billion and Estimated Solar Panel Cost - $2.87 billion
    Number of Solar Panels – 1,850,000 and 71,688 homes and businesses

Grand County Rail Line from Winter Park to Kremmling (Hydrail)
    Estimated Hydrail Cost- $0.59 billion and Estimated Solar Panel Cost - $1.40 billion

SH 9 Rail Line from Silverthorne to Kremmling (Hydrail)
