Rail Projects
The Power of One
There are a number of rail projects that STE-Holdings will be pursuing. These rail projects are spread across five broad regions – North Front Range, Denver Metropolitan Area, South Front Range, Eastern Plains and the West Slope.
North Front Range
This area includes Larimer and Weld Counties. The major population centers are Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, Windsor, Johnstown, Firestone, Frederick, Dacono, Erie and Fort Lupton.
Denver Metropolitan Area
This area includes the counties of Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson. The major population centers are Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Arvada, Westminster, Northglenn, Thornton, Commerce City and Brighton.
South Front Range
This area includes El Paso, Pueblo, Huerfano, and Las Animas. The major population centers are Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Walsenburg and Trinidad.
Eastern Plains
This area includes Baca, Bent, Crowley, Elbert, Kiowa, Kit Carson, Lincoln, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Prowers, Sedgwick, Washington, and Yuma. The major population centers are Fort Morgan, Brush, Julesburg, Limon, Lamar and La Junta.
West Slope
This area includes 37 counties. The major population centers are Breckenridge, Vail, Winter Park, Steamboat Springs, Craig, Glenwood Springs, Aspen, Rifle, Grand Junction, Durango, Delta, Montrose and Alamosa.
North Front Range
