SH 83 South from SH 86 to Twenty-Mile Road (Hydrail)
Estimated Hydrail Cost - $0.20 billion and Estimated Solar Panel Cost - $0.78 billion
Number of Solar Panels - 500,000 and 19,375 homes and businesses
Colorado Springs to Pueblo (no detailed cost estimates have been developed for this project)
Pueblo to Trinidad (no detailed cost estimates have been developed for this project)
